SWIR Annexation – Weisz Properties: Annexation ANX 2020-04 & Zoning Map Change ZC 2020-03: a proposed annexation of three properties located at southwestern city limits with a total area of approximately 73 acres. Two of the properties are west of the Interstate 5 along Butteville Road, while the third is east of I-5 and south of Stacy Allison Way and the Paradise Point subdivision. No development is proposed with the annexation. b. Workshop: Rent Burden / OAR 813-112: Third annual “rent burden” meeting to discuss affordability of housing as required for Woodburn and other cities by Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) [PHONE REDACTED] because at least 25% of renter households spend more than half of household income on gross rent.
