Urban Renewal Grant 2012-04 Eagles Newspaper, Inc – Exterior Grant Extension (650 N First Street) 2 Recommended Action: Approve a six month extension of the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant 2012-04 application from the property owner, Eagles Newspaper, Inc. (Woodburn Independent building), for up to $10,000. B. Urban Renewal Grant (URG 2013-03) 416 Young Street (Kevin Poor) 5 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant application from Kevin Poor, for up to $4,275. 6.
