The City of Woodburn is promoting a “Good Neighbor” Campaign this spring and its Code Enforcement Officers will be coming to each of the three Police Districts on June 3, 10 & 17. Officers will be working with residents who may be in violation of certain codes and will answer questions on the various codes. The City would like to remind residents: Grass must be cut shorter then 10 inches from May 1 to Sept. 30 each year. Signs Cannot be placed in the right-of way, on light poles or street signs – Including garage sale signs! Questions? Call the Woodburn Police Department at [PHONE REDACTED] Junked Vehicles cannot be stored out in the open for more than 48 hours. These are vehicles with flat tires, missing wheels, missing essential parts, extensive body damage, etc. All Graffiti must be removed within 10 business days! Open storage of junk or trash is illegal! Broken items like appliances, cars, building materials cannot by stored in the open. Be courteous with how and where you park your car, parking generally is not allowed in yards and must be in a driveway, or where allowed on streets. BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOR
