GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Council Bill No. 2981 - A Resolution Adopting the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Budget; Making Budget Appropriations; and Categorizing Taxes 20 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution adopting the budget and capital improvements plan, making appropriations, and declaring and categorizing taxes for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.
