Council Bill No. 2989 - A Resolution Concerning the City Of Woodburn's Interest in Establishing the Global Inclusion Advisory Committee; Specifying Guiding Principles and; Providing Membership Composition 20 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take appropriate action on the attached Resolution creating the Global Inclusion Advisory Committee. B. Utility Assistance Program 27 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to September 28, 2015 Council Agenda Page ii ---PAGE BREAK--- execute an agreement with Mid-Valley Community Action Agency (MWVCAA) to administer a utility assistance program. 12.
