A Resolution Readopting the Urban Renewal Grant and Loan Program Requirements 2 Recommended Action: The Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee recommends changing the Urban Renewal Grant and Loan eligibility requirements to make residential properties ineligible for interior grants. The subcommittee also recommends clarifying the use of grant and loans for sign projects to limit funding to hardware and installation. B. Urban Renewal Grant URG 2013-07 444 N. Pacific Hwy (Williamson) 8 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant application from Kenneth and Christina Williamson for up to $1,000. 6.
