City of Woodburn In-Person Payment Acceptance Policy Effective 07/07/2021 Personal Checks: Up to $2,500.00 for accounts in good standing. * Business Checks: No limit for accounts in good standing. * Credit/Debit Cards: No limits or fees. Cash, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders: No fee or amount limit. Not accepted: Two-party checks/cashier's checks/money orders, checks without pre-printed bank account holder information, or future-dated checks/cashier's checks/money orders. *Payment for accounts that are not in good standing must be made with cash, cashier's check, money order, or credit/debit card. Accounts not in good standing include, but are not limited to: 1. Accounts with dishonored payments in the prior 12 months. 2. Water/Sewer Utility accounts in shut-off status. 3.
