MOC 2020-01 “Mid Valley Community Church Modification” at 591 Gatch Street: A Modification of Conditions of Approval application requesting to change the due date in a Variance VAR 2018-03 condition. b. ANX 2019-01, CU 2019-04, DR 2019-06, & VAR 2020-05 “Woodburn Eastside Apartments” at 2145 Molalla Road NE: Application package to annex an 8.62-acre lot and construct a complex of 220 apartments, which are a conditional use (CU), and with variance from compact parking percentage maximum (to vary from 20% by having 39% compact parking). c. DR 2020-05 & PLA 2020-03 “La Morenita Tortilla Bakery” at 2230 & 2400 N.
