Woodburn City Council Meeting minutes of June 28, 2021 3 Recommended Action: Approve the minutes. B. Silver Falls Library District Network Support Agreement 6 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Silver Falls Library District to provide computer and network support. C. Intergovernmental Agreement (#HE-4136-21) Marion County and City of Woodburn 13 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to accept and sign the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (#HE413621) in order to continue the partnership between the City of Woodburn and Marion County with regard to the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT). D. Intergovernmental Agreement for School Resource Officers 24 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to sign an agreement with Woodburn School District for School Resource Officer services. 9. B. Council Bill No. 3160 - A Resolution Initiating Legislative Amendments to the Woodburn Development Ordinance Related to Trees 36 Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution. C. Council Bill No. 3161 - A Resolution Initiating Legislative Amendments to the Woodburn Comprehensive Plan and Woodburn Development Ordinance Relating to the Middle Housing Project 39 Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution. D. Award a Contract for Professional Engineering and Building Services to Provide Plan Review for Project Basie (Amazon) 42 Recommended Action: Award a Contract for Professional Engineering and Building Services to provide Plan Review for Project Basie to Clair Company, Inc. and authorize the City Administrator to sign the Agreement. 12.
