URG 2014-24 152 Garfield Street (Trapala) 15 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve exterior and interior Urban Renewal grants for La Trapala Restaurant, LLC (Applicant), for a total amount of $750. B. URG 2014-25 247 N Front Street (Morales) 22 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve an exterior Urban Renewal grant from Moises Morales Velasco and M. Carmen Cruz (Applicants) in the amount of $10,000. C.
