January 9, 2020 4. Business from the Audience 5. Communication 6. Public Hearing: a. Woodburn High School: CU 2019-07, DR 2019-13, EXCP 2019-07 & PP 2019-03: 1785 N. Front St: Partial site redevelopment of two phases with main building addition/expansion, adding a north outbuilding, adding a driveway on Hazelnut Drive at Graystone Drive, removing several modular buildings, deferring street improvements to Phase 2, and dedicating a Mill Creek Greenway Trail easement with no greenway improvements. b. 5th Street Apartments: DR 2019-04 & VAR 2019-03: 1220 5th Street: Full site redevelopment into an apartment building of 10 units with accessory improvements and with a variance request to rear setback minimum to vary from 36 feet (ft) to 25 ft. Includes dedication of an easement to memorialize the Yew Street corridor for future street extension to 5th Street across the southwest side yard per Transportation System Plan (TSP) Figure 6 (2019). 7.
