Staff looks to the County to use the drawing set dated July 1, 2020 that is the latest version the applicant provided to the City (on July 16). A ledger-size copy is attached. There are no redlines. In the interim, the applicant will address public improvements such that upon presentation of a Mylar and clearance by the Public Works Department Engineering Division for the [Community Development] Director to sign, the Director would be able to sign it then.
