Liquor License Application for Change of Ownership / Change of Business Name and Full On-Premises Sales 9 Recommended Action : The Woodburn City Council recommends that the OLCC approve a Liquor License application for Change of Ownership / Change of Business Name and Full On-Premises Sales for La Fonda Guadalajara. 9. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Award of Bio-Solids Handling Services Contract 11 Recommended Action : Acting in the capacity of Woodburn’s Contract Review Board; award the bio-solids handling services contract to Synagro West in the amount of $2,293,750 and authorize the City Administrator to enter into said contract in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. B. Award of Firearms Range Safety Upgrades Construction Contract 14 Recommended Action : Acting in the capacity of Woodburn’s Contract Review Board; award the Firearms Range safety improvement design/build contract to Engineered Structures in the amount of $302,905 and authorize the City Administrator to enter into said contract in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. ---PAGE BREAK--- August 22, 2011 Council Agenda Page iii 12.
