The City Council will be meeting in executive session on July 16 and July 17 at 5:00 pm to consider the employment of the City Administrator. D. A Award Personal Services Contract for Providing Street Sweeping Operations for the City of Woodburn 41 Recommended Action: Award a personal services contract for providing street sweeping operations to Great Western Sweeping, Inc. for the amount of $122,000 per year. B. Liquor License Change of Location Off-Premises Sales 43 Recommended Action: Recommend a change of location application for Piper’s Jewelry Inc. C. Reappointment of Interim City Administrator 46 Recommended Action: Re-appoint Police Chief Scott Russell as Interim City Administrator for a period not to exceed four months or until the new City Administrator begins job duties. D. Cancellation of July 28, 2008 Meeting 47 Recommended Action: Cancel the July 28, 2008 meeting. 12.
