Page 1 of 1 ADDENDUM Addendum No.: 1 Project Name: Police Station Upgrades Project No. 2024-016-37 Date: February 4, 2026 To: All Bidders NOTE: This Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and modifies the specifications and drawings under Bid No. 2025-04, as noted below. Bidders submitting an offer must sign this form, acknowledging receipt of addendum, and supply it with their proposal. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification. CHANGE TO DRAWINGS: - Replace Sheet 6 of the drawing set with the attached sheet - CLARIFICATION: - The City will be responsible for locating the fence along the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) ROW and coordinating access for construction. - UPRR will provide flagging during construction. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with UPRR. - Privacy slates are only required on the perimeter fence of the parking lot. - Excavated soil to be placed on the east slope of the existing stockpile south of the parking lot. - Smooth, seed, and install waddles along the fresh toe of the slope. Sod need not be separated. - For any fences requiring engineering and or a building permit, the City will provide Engineering and a building permit. - All chain link fences will be coated black but only the fence around the Parking lot will have slats. - Lighting is to be bid as specified. Alternatives with proper documentation that improves function and reduces cost (Improves value to the City) will be considered after award. - Hot mix Asphalt is Level 2 per Schedule A #12, not Level 3 per the Special Provisions.
