VAR 22-08 “Flower Shop Variance” for 2515 Newberg Hwy: Valley Pacific Floral is a local flower shop that recently received staff approval of a Design Review and Street Exception application package for a new retail store building at 2515 Newberg Hwy. This Variance request is to reduce the minimum parking requirement for this project from 8 spaces down to 7. 7. Work Shop(s): a.
