Parks & Facilities Museum Fountain City of Woodburn Recreation and Park Board Agenda Online October 13, 2021 6:00pm Virtual Meeting: M-Donna/ S-Ricardo - In process of recruitment Recruitment on hold Will provide sports services starting in November including Basdketball, Tee Ball, Volleyball and Track. They will also provide scholarships. Contract award going to council on Oct. 25. Fall Soccer fairly smooth with 150-200 participants. Going out for re-bid hope to have project complete by April. Surfacing completed and possible tile wrap in partnership with Arts and Murals Committee. ---PAGE BREAK--- In process of getting permits for structure to cover train. In stall in Nov./Dec. Cleaned debris, should help winter flow and prevent flooding. - Purchased plastic boards to update benched and garbage cans from wood. This will help in astetics and in maintenance.
