Public Hearing: Annexation ANX 2020-01 Trillium Reserve: Located along the east side of Boones Ferry Rd NE north of Hazelnut Dr. Proposed annexation, subdivision, and planned unit development of 90 detached houses on 90 small lots with several common area tracts, common area improvements, and street and other public improvements.
