Urban Renewal Grant URG 2012-01 151 N First Street – Exterior Grant (Peterson Equipment) 2 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board Approve the Urban Renewal Grant 2012-01 from Peterson Equipment. The applicant is requesting an exterior grant of up to $10,000 to replace the failing roof on the building. 6. PUBLIC COMMENT 7. ADJOURNMENT
