Council Bill No. 2949 - An Ordinance Annexing 1.1 Acre of Property into the City of Woodburn Located at 1225 Brown Street and Redesignating the Annexed Property from Marion County Urban Transition 20 to City of Woodburn Residential Single- Family (RS); and Directing that this be noted on the Official Woodburn Zoning Map 6 Recommended Action: Adopt the annexation Ordinance. B. Council Bill No. 2950 - An Ordinance Granting a Telecommunications Franchise to Zayo Group to Occupy Certain Rights-Of-Way within the City of Woodburn. 15 Recommended Action: Adopt the proposed ordinance granting a Telecommunications Franchise to Zayo Group, LLC, to occupy certain rights-of-way in the City of Woodburn. 12.
