Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): a. DR 22-01 “Trapala Restaurant Expansion” at 185 W. Hayes Street: The applicant proposes to demolish the existing outdoor seating area and construct an expansion of the building within this area. b. SUB 21-01 & VAR 22-02 “913 & 959 Hardcastle Avenue Subdivision”: The applicant proposes to subdivide the site into five lots. There are two existing single-family dwellings, which will occupy two of the new lots, while the other three lots are proposed for new single-family dwellings. 7. Business from the Commission 8.
