A Resolution Adopting the City of Woodburn Urban Renewal Budget for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21; Making Budget Appropriations; and Authorizing a Certification to the Marion County Tax Assessor 3 Recommendation Action: Upon completion of the hearing, approve the resolution adopting the budget and capital improvement plan, making appropriations, and imposing taxes for FY 2020-21. ---PAGE BREAK--- June 8, 2020 COUNCIL GOALS 2019-2021 Thematic Goals 1.
