PUD 22-01 Mill Creek Meadows: Subdivision and residential planned unit development (PUD) of 18.04 acres at 1490, 1550, & 1636 Brown St zoned RS into 95 dwellings (80 houses and 15 townhouses) on 95 small lots with two large public tracts as 5.18 acres of park land along the east-west drainage way that drains east off site to Mill Creek as well as two common area tracts (a stormwater detention pond and a privately-maintained and publicly accessible townhouse alley). Includes construction of a Mill Creek Greenway Trail segment within the park land east of Brown St, extension of the dead-end of Brown to the south boundary, and E. Traverse Rd as a segment of the south region east-west crosstown “South Arterial” planned between OR 99E and Parr Rd per City Transportation System Plan (TSP) Table 2 Project R29 and TSP Figures 2 & 3. (PUD 22-01, SUB 22-01; Tax Lots 051W18C000600 [primary] & 800 and 051W19B000200).
