CITY OF WOODBURN 90 DAY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery St., Woodburn, OR, regarding the proposed adoption of a transportation system development charges (SDC) methodology and fee schedule by the City of Woodburn. If adopted, the proposed local transportation SDC methodology will go into effect for all applicable permits applied for on or after May 26, 2022. The proposed transportation SDC methodology will be available for public review on or before February 25, 2022 on the City’s website at: woodburn-transportation-system-development-charge-methodology-update or at Woodburn City Hall, 270 Montgomery St, Woodburn, OR 97071.
