Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Council Bill No. 2834 – A Resolution Establishing Woodburn Enterprise Zone Local Incentives 16 Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution B. Water Supply System Disinfection Briefing 20 Recommended Action: Upon receipt of briefing, Council provides staff approval, approval with modifications or disapproval of the preliminary design findings and recommendations regarding pursuit of this public improvement project.
