Lincoln Street: Variance request to modify maximum floor area allowed for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in order to convert living area above the garage into an ADU. b. CU 2020-02 & EXCP 2020-06 “AT&T Cell Tower” at Tax Lot 051W08CB05000 (no assigned address; property along Commerce Way): Application for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a new 100- foot monopole telecommunications facility on the property with minor improvements including a paved driveway and screening around the base of the tower.
