Council Bill No. 2985 - A Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Woodburn and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 642 for the Contract Year Beginning July 1, 2015 and Ending June 30, 2017. 21 Recommended Action: Adopt the attached resolution authorizing execution of a collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 642. 12.
