First Street (Eagle Newspapers, Inc.) 6 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant application from Eagle Newspapers, Inc.
