Building Activity for June 2017 6 Recommended Action: Receive the report. C. Deferred Compensation Contract Clarification 7 Recommended Action: It is being recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign an addendum to both the City Administrator and City Attorney’s employment agreements, clarifying past intent to provide deferred compensation as a fixed contribution. 8. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Council Bill No. 3037 - A Resolution Awarding a Sole Source Contract to Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. for the Purchase of Two Pumps for the Replacement of Mill Creek Pump Station Pump #1 And Pump and Adopting Findings 9 Recommended Action: That City Council, acting as the Local Contract Review Board, adopt a Resolution and Findings awarding a sole source contract to Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. for the purchase of two pumps for the replacement of mill creek pump station pump #1 and pump in the amount of $213,919.60. B. Intergovernmental Agreement for City of Woodburn Transportation System Plan Update 14 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) with the Oregon Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) that finalizes the terms of the transportation and growth management (“TGM”) Grant Agreement No. 32111. This agreement represents the first step in updating the City’s Transportation System Plan 9. ADJOURNMENT
