A Special City Council meeting will be held on April 23, 2008 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers to consider and adopt standards criteria and policy directives for the hiring of the Woodburn City Administrator. (Pursuant to ORS 192.660, there will be an opportunity for public comment on the standards, criteria, and policy directives.) B. TABLED BUSINESS None. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. City Council Call-up of Planning Commission’s Decision in Cases Design Review 2007-12, VAR 2007-07 and EXCP 2007-08 24 Recommended Action: Conduct public hearing, receive public comment, and direct staff to prepare an ordinance to substantiate its decision. 11. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Rental Housing Ordinance 124 Recommended Action: Conduct a Workshop Session to provide an opportunity to interact with stakeholders and staff about the draft ordinance and give direction as to how to proceed on this issue. Liquor License – Change of Ownership Limited On-Premises Sales 159 Recommended Action: Recommend that the OLCC approve a liquor license application - change of ownership for Taqueria Guadalajara One, Inc. 12.
