(Pursuant to ORS 192.660, there will be an opportunity for public comment on the standards, criteria, and policy directives.) B. TABLED BUSINESS None. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. City Council Call-up of Planning Commission’s Decision in Cases Design Review 2007-12, VAR 2007-07 and EXCP 2007-08 24 Recommended Action: Conduct public hearing, receive public comment, and direct staff to prepare an ordinance to substantiate its decision. 11. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Comment time may be limited by Mayoral prerogative. A. Rental Housing Ordinance 124 Recommended Action: Conduct a Workshop Session to provide an opportunity to interact with stakeholders and staff about the draft ordinance and give direction as to how to proceed on this issue. Liquor License – Change of Ownership Limited On-Premises Sales 159 Recommended Action: Recommend that the OLCC approve a liquor license application - change of ownership for Taqueria Guadalajara One, Inc. 12. PLANNING COMMISSION OR ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE ACTIONS – These are Planning Commission or Administrative Land Use actions that may be called up by the City Council. None. 13. To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed pursuant to ORS 192.660 B. To consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to ORS 192.660 C. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(d). 16. ADJOURNMENT
