Front St: Conditional use application for check cashing and cash transfer at Del Sol Market in the Downtown Development Conservation (DDC) zoning district. Workshop b. LA 2019-02 - Housing Needs Analysis (HNA) Recommended Measures: Discussion of HNA project recommended measures that began May 23 and continues to this July 25 workshop. Both consultant and staff are on hand to guide discussion and answer questions. 7. Business from the Commission 8. Updates from Staff c. Oregon House Bill (HB) 2001 (2019): An enrolled and passed bill that “requires cities with population greater than 10,000 or within Metro to allow duplexes in lands zoned for single-family dwellings within urban growth boundary” and awaits governor’s signature. The Assistant City Attorney will be on hand to aid Planning Division staff briefing the Commission. 9. Adjournment
