Council Bill No. 2970 - An Ordinance Establishing a Tax on the Sale of Marijuana and Marijuana-Infused Products in the City of Woodburn 10 Recommended Action: Consider passage of the proposed Marijuana Tax Ordinance. B. Council Bill No. 2971 - A Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Woodburn and the Woodburn Police Association for a Contract Beginning on July 1, 2014 and Ending on June 30, 2017 23 Recommended Action: Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the execution of a new collective bargaining agreement with the Woodburn Police Association (“the WPA”). C.
