Council Bill No. 2975 – An Ordinance Adopting a Medical Marijuana Permit Process; Imposing Regulations on the Operation of Medical Marijuana Facilities; and Declaring an Emergency 15 Recommended Action: That the Council provide policy direction on whether it wants to adopt any additional non-land use regulations for medical marijuana dispensaries as permitted by state law. 13.
