In some cases, you may be required to work with a Lantern network surgeon — calling first ensures you get the best care and the full benefit. Call your Lantern Care Advocate at (833) 603-0511 to get started. Does Lantern Cost Me Anything? You’re automatically enrolled at no extra cost — your employer already covered it.
