Municipal Judge Employment Agreement 9 Recommended Action: That the City Council approve the revised employment agreement with Municipal Judge Lori Coukoulis. 9. TABLED BUSINESS None. 10. Council Bill No. 2996 - A Resolution Initiating Consideration of Legislative Amendments to the Woodburn Development Ordinance 14 Recommended Action: Adopt the attached resolution initiating consideration of certain legislative amendments to the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to correct unintended errors and omissions. B. Acceptance of Two Public Utility Easements for Tax Lots 0051W17BC00100 & 0051W17BC00200 20 Recommended Action: That City Council accept the two Public Utility Easements described on Attachment and Attachment February 8, 2016 Council Agenda Page ii ---PAGE BREAK--- 12.
