The proposal is to renovate the Old City Hall building and convert it into a 25-unit residential care facility. 8. Workshops: a. LA 21-01 TSP: Following the first work session on September 23, 2021, discuss legislative amendment of the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to administer fully the Transportation System Plan (TSP) as well as clarify and strengthen development standards related to transportation improvements associated with land developments. Discuss staff memo bulleted list summary of draft 2 revisions following the September 23, 2021 first work session and subsequent interdepartmental staff meetings. Staff aims to return January 27 or February 10 with the specific strikethrough-and-underline amendments for public hearing and recommendation to Council. 9. Business from the Commission 10.
