Memorial Bench Program 270 Montgomery St, Woodburn, OR 97071 - [PHONE REDACTED] - www.woodburn-or.gov/parks The Memorial Bench Program offers donors the opportunity to purchase a bench in honor of a loved one. The benches are placed in areas of need throughout the City’s parks and along City trails. The benches are 6 feet scroll wooden slatted benches. Memorial plaques inset in the bench include the honoree’s names. This plaque will be a 2.25 inches tall by 6 inches long. Cost: (Prices subject to change) - New Bench - $850, which includes assembly, pouring of the concrete pad, and engraving of the memorial plaque. - Plaque on Existing Bench - $250. Installation Duration: Once a bench is purchased, please allow 3 months for installation (weather dependent). Location: Upon inquiry, you will receive a list of possible locations of the purchased Memorial Bench. Recognition: Donor recognition will be in the form of an engraved bronze plaque installed in the bench.
