Application includes a Design Review, Conditional Use, Variance, Property Line Adjustment, and Exception to Street Right of Way. b. DR 2020-06 & EXCP 2020-07 “Woodburn Urgent Care” at 2902 Tom Tennant Drive: Application for a Design Review to construct a 4,000 sq. ft. urgent care clinic with a Street Exception request to construct sidewalk and landscape strip but otherwise maintain existing street improvements along Tom Tennant Drive. 7.
