Urban Renewal Grant (URG 2012-02) Interior Grant 134 Arthur Street (Nora Fives – Old Bank Building) 3 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee and Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Grant 2012-02, comprised of an interior grant of $1,153. B. Urban Renewal Design Services Pilot Program 13 Recommended Action: Direct staff to return with a resolution implementing the Urban Renewal Design Services Pilot Program. 6. PUBLIC COMMENT 7.
