A Resolution Expanding the Boundaries for the Urban Renewal Grant and Loan Program as Specified Herein 3 Recommended Action: The Downtown Advisory Review Sub-committee recommends expanding the Urban Renewal Grant and Loan District Boundary to include Commercial Office properties located on the west side of N. 2nd Street. B. Urban Renewal Grant 2014-03 145 Arthur Street (Masonic Lodge) 8 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Interior Grant application from Woodburn Masonic Trustees, Inc., for an interior grant up to $5,000. C. URG 2014-11 345 N 2nd Street (InsurePro) 31 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve two Urban Renewal grants from InsurePro Services; an exterior grant for up to ---PAGE BREAK--- May 12, 2014 Urban Renewal Agency Page ii $4,100 and for an interior grant for up to $250. D. URG 2014-12 315 N Pacific Hwy (Arctic Circle) 43 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve an Urban Renewal grant application from Larry Jolly for an interior grant for up to $1,250. 6.
