Rent Burden / OAR 813-112: Fourth annual “rent burden” meeting to discuss affordability of housing as required for Woodburn and other cities by Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) [PHONE REDACTED] because at least 25% of renter households spend more than half of household income on gross rent. (Estimated duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour.) 7. Public Hearing: a. Legislative Amendment LA 21-01: Following the second and last work shop on January 13, 2022, a public hearing of legislative amendment of the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to administer fully the Transportation System Plan (TSP) as well as clarify and strengthen development standards related to transportation improvements associated with land developments.
