Liquor License/Change of Ownership Application for the Woodburn Liquor Store 13 Recommended Action: The Woodburn City Council recommends that the OLCC approve the change of ownership of the Woodburn Liquor Store. 9. Award of Construction Contract for the Mill Creek Pump Station Pumps #1 & #3 Removal & Replacement, BID #2018-01 15 Recommended Action: That the City Council, acting in its capacity as the Local Contract Review Board, award the construction contract for the Mill Creek Pump Station Pumps #1 & #3 Removal & Replacement Project to the lowest responsible bidder, Trench Line Excavation, in the amount of $294,850.00. 12. PLANNING COMMISSION OR ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE ACTIONS – These are Planning Commission or Administrative Land Use actions that may be called up by the City Council. None. 13.
