Liquor License Application for Tienda Mexicana Monte Alban 345 Recommended Action: Recommend that the OLCC approve the Liquor License Application for Tienda Mexicana Monte Alban. C. Crime Statistics through February 2022 347 Recommended Action: Receive the report. 9. TABLED BUSINESS None. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS None. 11. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Council Bill No. 3176 – An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2415 (Building Official Procedures) to Include Updated Code Sections and Language from the Oregon Structural Specialty Code and Include Authorization for Local Regulation of Residential and Commercial Building Demolitions, and Declaring an Emergency 352 Recommended Action: Enact an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2415 (the Building Official Procedures Ordinance) to include the most up to date code sections and language from the currently adopted Oregon Structural Specialty Code, as well as adopt new language from Section 3303 (Demolition), of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code to provide for the local regulation of residential and commercial building demolitions. B. Council Bill No. 3177 – An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2433 (Master Fee Schedule) to Modify the Building Division Fee for Demolition Permits 370 ---PAGE BREAK--- March 28, 2022 Council Agenda Page iii Recommended Action: Enact Ordinance amending the Master Fee Schedule Ordinance 2433 for the Building Division Fees to reflect an updated flat rate fee for the application of demolition permits. C. Council Bill No. 3178 – An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2578 To Comply with the Requirements of Oregon State Law and Declaring an Emergency 372 Recommended Action: Enact the ordinance amending the Camping Site Removal Ordinance (Ordinance 2578) to comply with recent legislation. D. Disposal/Transfer of WCAT Equipment 380 Recommended Action: Authorize the transfer of certain video production and related equipment previously held by the Woodburn Cable Access Television ("WCAT") channel to Clackamas Community College. E. Award of Construction Contract for the Water Tower Repainting Project to T. Baily Inc. 398 Recommended Action: Award the construction contract for the Water Tower Repainting Project Improvements to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, T. Baily Inc. in the amount of $886,500.00. F. Community Center Project Timeline & Update 400 Recommended Action: Review the status of the Community Center Project and approve the proposed project approach and timeline. 12.
