CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. CONSENT AGENDA A. Urban Renewal Agency minutes of June 8, 2015 1 Recommended Action: Approve the minutes. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS None. 5. GENERAL BUSINESS A. A Resolution Amending Resolution 2015-02 to Correct a Scrivener’s Error Regarding the Contingency Amount Listed in the Urban Renewal Fund in the City of Woodburn Urban Renewal Budget for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 2 Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution. B. A Resolution Amending the Downtown Grant and Loan Program Procedures and Requirements 6 Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution. DARS also requests that the Urban Renewal Agency Board discuss the option of limiting the district boundary to the Downtown Development and Conservation District (DDC). C. URG 2014-03 145 Arthur Street (Masonic Lodge) Extension 13 Recommended Action: The Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee (DARS) recommends that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) approve a six month extension of the URG 2014-03 application from Woodburn Masonic Trustees, Inc., for an interior grant up to $5,000. Second Street (Cornwell) 31 Recommended Action: The Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee (DARS) approved an amendment to URG 2015- 02 to increase the interior grant amount from $4,200 to $4,600 in order to install new light fixtures. E. URG 2015-07 405 N. First Street & URG 2015-08 445 N. First Street (Chay Properties, LLC) 47 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee (DARS), it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) approve two Urban Renewal Interior Grant applications from Chay Properties, LLC (Applicant), for up to $8,350 ($5,000 for 405 N. First Street and $3,350 for 445 N. First Street). F. URG 2015-09 1033 Young Street (Parra) 77 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee (DARS), it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) approve the Urban Renewal Interior Grant applications from Xavier Parra (Applicant), for up to $1,000. 6.
