Staff reviewed the degree of completion of the package and determined it to be complete as of February 18, 2026. You are receiving this letter in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 227.178(2). Because it is a Type IIl review, the application will be scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission. The tentative date for this hearing is Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:30 pm. A staff report with a recommendation to the Commission will be published one week prior to the hearing date.
