COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES APRIL 3, 2015 DATE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, CITY OF WOODBURN, COUNTY OF MARION, STATE OF OREGON, APRIL 3, 2015 CONVENED The meeting convened at 6: 01 p.m. with Mayor Figley presiding.
