Council Bill No. 2829 – A Resolution authorizing the amendment of a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 642. 19 Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution. B. C. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement along frontage of 1002 N Boones Ferry Road (Tax lot 051W07CA00400) 37 Recommended Action: Accept a five foot Public Utility Easement granted by Legacy Health, property owners of 1002 N Boones Ferry Road in Woodburn, Oregon. D. Teen Center Agreement 42 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to enter into a management agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Salem, Marion, and Polk Counties. E. Woodburn Fire District Network Support Agreement 62 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with Woodburn Rural Fire Protection District No. 6 to provide computer and network support. 12. PLANNING COMMISSION OR ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE ACTIONS – These are Planning Commission or Administrative Land Use actions that may be called up by the City Council. A.
