Sarah Wolf presented community gardens programs. 5. NEW BUSINESS 6. OLD BUSINESS a. Community Center Update • Updated cost estimated by the end of June. • Election for GeoBond A. November 2024 if fails, May 2025 b. Oregon Community Pathways ($1.7 Million in funding) • The Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee met on May 22nd and recommended the ranking as included in the attached. In July, the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) will meet to approve the projects (July 13th – Pendleton). I am told we do not need to present or attend but am awaiting additional guidance. B. October 1, 2023 (federal fiscal year) ODOT begins executing IGAs with grantees. Project completion from October 1, 2023 to October 1, 2026 (Recipients will have 3 years to complete the project from the agreement execution date). We also won’t be able to apply to future Oregon Community Pathways (OCP) until we close out an open OCP contract. 7. DIVISION REPORTS FROM DEPARTMENT a.
