A Public Hearing to consider the City’s election and qualification to receive State Shared Revenue Recommended Action: Upon completion of the hearing before the Council, staff recommends that the Council a B. Public Hearing to consider the City of Woodburn’s 2010-11 Budget Recommended Action: Upon completion of the hearing before the Council, staff recommends that the Council authorize staff to draft a budget ordinance based on the Budget Committee’s recommendation. 11. Cascade Dr. Sanitary Sewer improvements to Kerr Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $165,545.00 12.
