RFP: Construction Management/General Contractor Services: Questions and Answers: Question 1: “For logistics on the construction and expansion, does the City expect or require that the work to the existing aquatic center be phased and completed in such a fashion that it can potentially be put into service and use by the public while the remaining expansion and other site work is completed?” Answer 1: “The City does not plan to phase construction or keep the Aquatic Center open to the public during construction.” Question 2: “Is the lot across Oak St available for laydown?” Answer 2: “Yes, the City owned parcels across Oak St to the north can be made available for laydown purposes. However, it is possible that the City will consider constructing additional community center parking on a portion of that lot, the timing and scope of which, might aƯect its available use for laydown purposes.”
